Returns Policy
Within
14 days of the date of your invoice, you can return or exchange any pair of
shoes, slippers or boots if they are in like-new condition with their original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to Foosies.
When exchanging or returning products please email us at rma@foosies.com
for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number PRIOR to sending a product back. Please put this
RMA number on the shipping label of your package.
Exchanges have a $6 shipping fee for re-shipping the exchanged item(s) to the customer. You can include a check in your return package or contact us to process a credit card payment.
Refunds will be given for the product(s) cost only, we do not refund shipping costs. There is a $6 restocking fee on all returned products ($6 per order if you ordered more than 1 item). You will be credited
via the method used for your purchase. You will be notified via email
when the refund has been processed.
Sorry, but we cannot accept items returned more than 14 days after
invoice date or items that have been worn. There are no returns
on seasonal clearance merchandise.
Return shipping must be sent by a traceable carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS,
USPS). The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. The Customer
must include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the items returned.
