Exchange & Returns Policy

Within 14 days of the date of your invoice, you can return any pair of shoes/slippers/boots in like-new condition, in their original packaging.

Please email us at rma@foosies.com for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number. Please put this number on the shipping label of your package.

Refunds (minus the original shipping charges) will be credited via the method used for the purchase. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.

Sorry, but we cannot accept items returned more than 14 days after invoice date or items that have been worn. There are no returns on seasonal (i.e. Holiday) merchandise.

Return shipping must be by a traceable carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Customer must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with the items returned. Please ship returns to:

Foosies will exchange any like-new item for another item of the same style, but different size, within 14 days of your invoice date. Include the invoice/packing slip with the items returned, along with $6.00 for shipping and send to the address above.
